Rules this screen enforces
- An override is visible to the shop it applies to, on their own billing screen.
- A discount deeper than 20% off list needs a second platform admin to approve it.
- An override survives a plan-catalog publish. Raising a list price never silently raises an overridden price.
- Overrides cannot be backdated. Correct a past period with a credit so the invoice history stays true.
- Removing an override schedules list price from the next billing period, never mid-cycle.
